I ate at Osteria Margutta a couple of months ago and found it quite good. Also, in the same neighborhood is Ristorante Edy on a side street between via Margutta and via Babbuino (a couple of blocks south of Piazza Populo). I'm certain that the next place is a wallet destroyer, but for a romantic cocktail pre dinner, the courtyard of the Hotel Russie, on via Babbuino is unforgettable. Same neighborhood.
