Special Dinner in Rome
My husbands birthday is the 4th of July and we'll be in Rome. I want to reserve a nice dinner which is not too outrageous in cost but nice for his birthday.

we found Osteria Margutta to be delicious, memorable and off the beaten path.
Via Margutta. Good luck, Robyn |
I ate at Osteria Margutta a couple of months ago and found it quite good. Also, in the same neighborhood is Ristorante Edy on a side street between via Margutta and via Babbuino (a couple of blocks south of Piazza Populo). I'm certain that the next place is a wallet destroyer, but for a romantic cocktail pre dinner, the courtyard of the Hotel Russie, on via Babbuino is unforgettable. Same neighborhood.
