Looking for recommendations on Hotels in Paris that are under $200 per night.....located close to main attractions or at least train stations. Also easy access to/from airport.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

US $? Canadian $? Australian $? How many euros do you want to spend?
No matter what currency, there are hundreds of hotels in Paris in that budget range, all over the city. The main attractions are not lumped in one area, so you're always going to have to walk or use public transportation to get around a bit. Which train stations do you need to be near, or are you talking about métro/RER stations? If the latter, they are everywhere so that's not a big concern. Access from the airport (CDG?) can be easy if you choose a hotel near an RER line that comes directly from the airport. Otherwise there are Le Bus Direct, run by Air France, Roissy Bus, and taxis.
Use booking.com to search for hotels. Use the filters to select for price range, location, and other factors.

I'm staying at Soft Hotel which is near Canal St. Martin and Gare du Nord.
Haven't stayed there before but it was recommended by a few people on this site & the rates were very reasonable.
It is not what you would call a charming hotel, more a more standard modern hotel.

There is a new eco hotel near Denfert Rocheraue RER stop which would make it super easy to get to either CDG or Orly by public transport, as well as around town. It's very cheap so nothing deluxe but looks interesting to me. It even has AC, although you may not need it. It's much less than that rate, only around 90 euro and that includes breakfast. It's a really nice neighborhood near rue Daguerre, also.
Solar hotel. The best budget hotel, ecological and low cost at the center of Paris. Cheap Hotel in Paris -Solar hôtel Paris ? Cheap and friendly green hotel in Paris
