Hello again. We are finalising our accommodation for our upcoming European trip and was wondering if anyone has stayed at the PARIS apartment VRBO listing #103254.

It is located on Rue Petion, in the 11th Arrondissement.

The pictures of the apartment look fantastic on the VRBO site with outside gardens etc, but when checking Google Maps, it looks like a small apartment in a high-rise block.

Can anyone give me first-hand information on this apartment please?

I thought it a bit odd -- no reviews for over 2 years....

That said, it looks very nice.

FWIW - no garden, but we stayed here and loved it. Great location, great owner who was very accommodating and easy to work with and speaks English. In the 4th and 590 euros a week and no cleaning fee.

Just a thought, if you don't get many replies, try posting again but put 'Paris / Rue Petion' in your title (in addition to the other info). You might get more people looking at it who know Paris. I know you tagged it France but this might catch people's eyes more.
