restaurants/antiques

going to be in Paris in mid-April - Ile St.Louis (4th arrondissement)and Lyon. Am looking for terrific restaurants/brasseries in both areas that are reasonable in cost. Always welcome info on wonderful antiques shops, towns.

Hi camp-

There are many France experts here, but they might not necessarily click on your post because the title doesn't mention anything about Paris & Lyon. If you don't get many more responses, try reposting a brand new message with a title like "Recommendations for restaurants & antique shops in Paris & Lyon" or similar.

Here are some suggestions for restaurants/brasseries that fit your description in the 4th:

Restaurant l'Enoteca - 25, rue Charles-V

Restaurant Baracane - 38, rue des Tournelles

Le Soleil en Coin - 21, rue Rambuteau

Amadéo - 19, rue Crançois-Miron

Restaurant Le Grizzli - 7, rue Saint-Martin

Brasserie de l'Ile Saint-Louis - 55, quai de Bourbon

In Lyon, La Voute, sometimes referred to as Chez Lea. Known for its homey good cooking and justly so!
