Rental Agencies in Rome?

Any feedback/recommendations on these rental agencies?

Sleep in Italy or Rental in Rome

I'm looking for an Apt for September 21st--30th
2 people, elevator, AC and hopefully WI-FI
100-125 a night

Campio dei Fiori
Piazza Navona
Spanish Steps
Trevi Fountain

I'm leaning towards this one but the agency seems to get mixed reviews

Suggestions? comments? feedback?

you might want to check out Rome Loft. I've had good experiences with them and they have many places in your price range.

We used Rental in Rome for a stay in December.

Good to deal with, great apartment on via Monseratto near Campo de' Fiori.

Needed to climb flight of steps before reaching elevator and 2 br, so probably not what you want:

johnny - if you are prepared to consider a private let, you might consider the following ground floor apartment in the centro storico:

http://lacasadiclelia.webs.com/

we stayed there for a week with our son a couple of years ago and were pretty satisfied with it, though it would suit a couple more than a family.

there is AC and wifi, and some very interesting streets literally on your doorstep. around €125 per night.

feel free to ask me more questions if you are interested.

Hi,Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with Rental in Rome. The 2 bath apartment we rented turned out to be a one bath with an adjoining door that led to the laundry room that contained a toilet. The only option they provided was to take another apartment without air conditioning. As we were there in the month of July it was not a viable option. The representative did ask the owner to discount the rental fee. The owner refused. We in turn asked the agency for a price accommodation and they would not honor our request. It was our impression that no one from the agency ever previewed the apartment. I would highly advise not using Rental in Rome as your agency.

mph12 - that is terrible for you.

We. on the other hand, found Rental in Rome excellent to deal with, and that the apartment was as we expected, from looking at the extensive photo library that was on their website.
