I know most rentals have a 5-7 night minimum. (our favorite Paris apartment included!)

Does anyone know of, or can you recommend a nice apartment for only 3 nights? If not, a hotel will suffice, but once you get used to apartment, it's tough to stay in a hotel.

We prefer staying at least 7 days in each city, but It's just a quick stop this time, after a long stay in Italy.

I just used Paris rental connections, the are a UK based team. Originally I had only booked for three nights and they seemed ok with that. I stayed in Montmartre but I think they have apartments all over. They were very good and supplied lots of bits and pieces to keep you going which I appreciated. I did end up staying five but.. Perfectly Paris is another great agency I have used but they are mostly in the 18th, which may not suit you. The best thing is to search and then send an email, if they are not busy you may get lucky.

www.vacationsinparis.com has some apartments with 3-night minimums, I think.
