I am not familiar with the specific apartment. I am familiar with PVA. It is a top notch Paris company. Both Alex and Isis are great.

I've not stayed in the specific apartment but have stayed in 2 others that PVA has at Palais Royal. If they are an indication, you will not be disappointed!

I may be late in responding to your question however I stayed in the three bedroom apt overlooking Palais Royal approximately nine months ago. There were six of us. This apartment far exceeded our expectations and would rent it again when we get back over there. Huge bathrooms, wonderful views, great beds, exceptional location. I cannot say enough about this apartment and how easy it was for us to navigate Paris. If you are still wondering please feel free to ask any quesitons. I loved this place!

Another endorsement of the agency. I've not stayed in this specific property, but was delighted with the one I did use (in the Palais Royal) and wouldn't hesitate to stay in another of their properties. Feel free to ask them very specific questions and they'll answer truthfully (and quickly).

All of their apartments tend to fill up pretty quickly, so don't assume availability, particularly given the two month pause in this thread. A friend of mine was trying to get this specific property in September and it was already booked.

Thanks so much everyone. Though our trip is not until June 09, I went ahead and sent an availability request as I checked on another apt, via VRBO, a couple weeks ago and it was already booked for our dates.

I also selected the Montmartre and St. Germain studios as back-ups...

katstony - we have stayed in the 3 bedroom as well - wouldn't you love to own that place as a get away apartment? We brought friends with us this fall and said little about the apartment before hand (they had never stayed in one before). They were blown away by it!

Hi! I can't believe this, but my husband and I stayed in this same apartment back in Oct 1997! It was our first vacation apartment rental and we still remember it fondly and compare every subsequent rental we've done to it.
Actually, it looks much nicer now then when we were there. I think the bed was a futon back then. But we loved the location and the view from the terrace cannot be beat.
