Any ideas for an apartment in Paris for 2 for 4 nights?

We (2 women) are looking for a studio to rent for 4 nights at the end of November. We are open to location as long as it is close to a metro station. Any suggestions of property management companies or specific apartments that could work for us?

I always rent from vacationinparis.com. There are many other company's though. For such a sort stay I would not bother with an apartment and get a hotel instead. The Citadenes chain is good. The units have kitchens.

There was a great thread here a few months ago that I'm keeping in my back pocket for later, some with reviews from satisfied fodorites. Search "Paris apartments" above.

We liked this rent-direct-from-owner studio in Montmartre: http://locationparis9.canalblog.com

hi, we used this site to find a place for a week in the 1st arrondisment. lots of choices.
nancy was very good with info and we were met by someone with the keys who was helpful as well. and no problems getting in touch with her or remitting the fees.
check her out.

You might look at Citadines apartment hotels--there's a nice one on the Seine that looks out on Notre Dame. For that length of time it would seem easier to me to just have a hotel.

Here's one that is pretty cheap, near a couple of Metro stations - Etiene Marcel about a block away, Chatelet-Les Halles about three. It's in the second arr.

Is next door to the other, but sleeps 4, for an additional $16.00 per night.

My daughter and I stayed in VIP # 179 in May for 4 nights. While it's tiny, it had everything we needed and we loved the location ~ 20 seconds from rue Montorgeuil.

I too have stayed where SemiMike above stayed. Good location, secure, metro is 8-10 min. walk, bus is 3-4 minutes. Good food store (Champions, I think) 15 minutes, etc. We liked it so much we have been back twice.

Stayed in Vacation in Paris #201, small, but extremely well-equipped. Several bus lines right outside the door and the Metro St Paul is just a few yards away. Also a taxi stan at the metro station. Has a lovely little courtyard and more shops and services tan you'd need in 4 days! Excellent restaurant right across the street, Le Bouquet Saint Paul

Here is a excellent studio.

This apt. is two short blocks to the Saint-Michel metro station (in addition to Metro, the RER also runs to this station so you could get on a train at the airport and get off two blocks from your hotel without having to transfer to the Metro system).

It's also only a minute or two walk to the river, Pont Neuf, Rue de Buci, Notre Dame, and much, much more.
