Two rather quirky friends, mid 40s couple, want to visit for first time during the Cannabis Cup, 21-28 November (don't ask...) for 10-14 days. Ambassade for quirky-luxe traditional Dutch style -- but not US/Euro hotel chain nor minimalist chic style accomodations would be appreciated.

I've booked and cancelled Hotel 717 so many times it's not funny. I will definitely get there. It is very pricey but it is luxe and gets great reviews:
