Prague Airport Security Time

Prague Airport Security Time
Hey fellow travelers,
I'm posting to ask about the typical time it takes to get through airport security in Prague, Czech Republic.
My friend and I are planning on traveling from Prague, CZ to Brussels, Belgium for a 3 night roundtrip. The morning we get back to Prague is the same day on the afternoon we are getting back to the United States.
The earliest flight on Czech Airlines gets back to Prague at 10:35 AM with our flight back to Atlanta at 12:35 PM. Would that be a little rushed with airport security?

I think it's OK, as long as there are no delays with the 1st flight. There are 2 terminals at Ruzyne now, and I don't know if you'd have to go to the other to catch the flight to the US.
Does this mean you'll have to go through passport control, pick up luggage, and go through security again?
If so, I think it would be just enough time, again, hoping that there are no delays. The longest I've spent at the passport control was 15 minutes on line. Security is usually not too long of a line. Just depends if there are other flights all getting out & leaving at your time.
