Hi JoeTro,
I've shopped at Lavinia (my favorite big wine store in Paris), and yes, you can find wine at reasonable prices. They usually have specials running of something. We've gone there on New Year's Eve in the afternoon for free tastings of bubbly. Don't know about regular tastings at other times, as we go to the Bon Marché for those.

Thanks. I don't read French, but I could figure out the link for wines less than 10 Euros. Seems like they had many choices.
