Paris: "Rental France" - 2BR apartment near Rue Cler
Hi everyone!
I'm planning to rent an apartment in Paris for two months next year to celebrate my 50th birthday. There will be two of us living there full time and a few visitors throughout our stay.
I've been looking at a 2BR apartment at 24 R. du Champs de Mars in the 7th, available through Rental France.
Can anyone comment on an experience with this apartment in particular, or with the Rental France agency?
Thanks for your advice and recommendations

We saw this apartment during the renovation. Pascal was nice enough to show us a couple of his apartments. It looked like it would be a nice rental with new bathrooms and kitchen and a little terrace. The only drawback I saw was there was not a lot of storage space for living but just for two months would be fine. We have friends who lived in the same building at the time and we loved the location. There is an exceptional Italian restaurant next door and an GREAT bakery at the corner of Bosquet and Champ du Mars. Go for it and have a great time. The 7th is a lovely area to stay with lots of wonderful reasonable restaurants nearby.

Also, there is another rental, Paris Pied a Terre, who have two apartments across the street. We have rented from them and they were really nice and easy to work with. Have also rented from Paris Perfect but they have gotten more expensive since we rented from them but are lovely.
