Gare du Nard is in Zone 1. You can find a map of the zones at http://www.citefutee.com/orienter/plans.php# and then by clicking on "Plan des zones tarifaires."

I don't know the exact answer to your question, but if you're asking because you want to purchase some sort of métro pass, what I do know will be good enough to help you: Zones 1 and 2 include the entire city of Paris. If you're going beyond the city limits, to, say, Saint-Denis or Chatou, you'll need a pass for zone 3. I'm not sure exactly what zone 4 is, but zone 5 includes all the airports, Disneyland, and Versailles, plus loads of other outlying attractions.

Suggestion . . . If you are going to spend most of your time in central Paris, buy a pass for only zone 1. When you want to make a trip further out, e.g., Versailles, simply purchase a separate ticket for that one trip.
If you are going outside central Paris regularly, you won't want to do that.

Versailles is in zone 4, not zone 5. YOu can't buy a pass for only zone 1, all include zones 1-2 at a minimum. Zone 2 is actually kind of a worthless zone that is a narrow band around the city with only a few stops. I don't know why they made that zone.
