Can anyone rec. a four star hotel with great
Paris views and a terrace.I know I am asking for alot but I thought it would be worth a try.

I will probably go for Banville, the reviews on Tripadvisor are really good. I believe that some of the rooms have a terrace

What is your budget? I think that will affect the answer a lot, because there are definitely some, but many would not be cheap.

The 4* Hotel de Tourville in the 7th arr. has some rooms with terrace/view, I believe. I think the Hotel du Louvre does also, but I'm not sure about that (view of Tuileries).
