Paris concert booking help

I'm hoping to attend the following free concert October 21. I believe it's part of a free entrance weekend, a series of concerts put on by Radio France:

http://www.radiofrance.fr/concerts/s...n_id=185070127

It seems like if tickets are available, I can get in. I really have no idea how to book, though, and I don't speak French.

I e-mailed here: [email protected]

and they told me to go here:

http://radiofrance.fr/divers/boutique/f_billets/

But I can't access the concert anywhere, and it's not on FNAC either. Am I out of luck???

Thanks!

I re-emailed.

Well, the link is to buy tickets for the concerts that aren't free. So for the free concert you probably just queue. It says free entry to the limit of available places (more or less)....

I agree with Mara. The billeterie link is for tickets that you buy. The free concerts are just open to the public and you get in as long as they have free seats. YOu just wait in line and can't book ahead or get tickets ahead.

Lines are usually long because it is free, if you really want to go, I'd suggest you get there about an hour ahead.

Okay, this makes more sense. Thanks. It would be nice to explore Passy, even if I don't get the tickets. So I guess I'll just turn up at the box office and hope for the best.

I agree that getting there really early and hoping to get in will be the thing to do. But you can always call 011-33.1.56.40.15.16 (from the US) and ask (from other countries - acces + 33 etc.)
