Adv. tix necessary for St. Ephrem concert?
We would like to attend a piano concert at Eglise St. Ephrem on a Saturday night. Does anyone know whether it is necessary to purchase our tickets ahead of time? If so, where in Paris would we buy them? (I hesitate to buy them online in case our plans change and we end up deciding not to go). Or can we just buy them at the door? Thanks!

YOu probably shouldn't need advance tickets unless it were someone really famous (or a wellknown group) for a concert or recital in a church like that. You should be able to get one at the door easily enough.
If you are afraid your plans will change, don't buy them, but if you want to, FNAC sells tickets to concerts in that church. www.fnac.fr

Hi,
You can buy the tickets at the door. If you are worried about the concert being sold out you can buy the tickets at Bon Marche. We bought tickets to one of these concerts at the Bon Marche in the 6th. It was not necessary as there were plenty of seats available at the door. This was in Feb., but there was not a lot going on in Paris that night, so I thought there would have been a lot more people at the concert. We went to a Vivaldi concert that was wonderful. Have fun!
