Thanks, BR. Couldn't figure that one out.

Sue is right, of course. For those who might not know, the second part of my clue refers to Jose Bove, leader of French farmers group who was arrested for attacking a McDonald's in Millau.

So, I guess it's your turn again, Sue, unless we're taking a dinner break?

Here you go--it's pretty easy, too.

6 letters, building on the A in Millau, A last letter.

Electric unit short of nothing joins Greek pastry finally in a river.

OK, let's try this one (far easier than Bryggen!):

4 Letters, first a "V":

French invitation to go to truncated Springbok country will take you to this Museum.

Betty, I'm on Bovés list; get letters to all the protest and meetings. Too bad I can't afford to go to some . It would be interesting.

Six letters. The fourth crosses with one of the As' from "Vasa."

The doc was banished to where Italian flying parts meet CCCLXV Portuguese sunrises.

Hi, Mimi. Being on Bove's list - is that a good thing? Seriously, how did that happen?

Re-posting this, so it doesn't get buried.

New clue:

Six letters. The fourth crosses with one of the As' from "Vasa."

The doc was banished to where Italian flying parts meet CCCLXV Portuguese sunrises.

Do it the same way the last few, e.g., Vasa, were done, i.e. by figuring out the pieces that form the word, unless you just KNOW where a doctor was banished and can guess it that way.

Sicula, would you guess the remaining one on the old thread so I don't have to give away the answer? http://www.fodors.com/forums/threads...p;tid=34435071

Just got back from the gym, so this isn't well thought out.
