Need rome hotel asap.. error on my part

I made a big mistake and booked my Rome hotel with the wrong dates. Need a hotel for September 19-24. Can anyone give me some recommendations.

Would like good locations (of course)..3* if possible. I am trying Venere too but it takes so long to look up trip advisor. We leave Sept. 1.

Thanks as always

Hi lo,

Try Daniel's Hotel It is near the Spanish steps. [email protected]
We have not stayed there but will be on Sept. 25th.
Good Luck

What's your budget?

A lot of people here like the Hotel due Torri and the Hotel Portoghesi. They are in the same area, at the top of via della Scrofa (near P. Navona, closer to Palazzo Altemps).

On recommendations from this site, we stayed at Hotel Teatro di Pompeo, which is within a one minute walk of the Campo dei Fiori and about 5 minutes from Piazza Navona. You can walk to all the great sights from the hotel very easily. Our room cost 150 euros a night(in August)and breakfast was included. There was a good sized bathroom, AC, a fridge and hairdryer. Here's their website: www.hotelteatrodipompeo.it

Try laterooms.com which lists hotels that have rooms still available.

We stayed at Hotel Genio and it is close to Piazza Navonna. It worked great for us although some weren't as pleased as we were. Good luck.

I've stayed at Hotel Aberdeen near the Termini area and about a 10-15 minute walk to the Trevi fountain. It's a really nice hotel and I felt safe in the area. It might have helped that the Ministry of Police was about a block away.

Did you even look at laterooms.com? It's just a thought rather than not having any room at all. But it's your decision.

ps hoteladriano.com is the website. And it is about a 4 minute walk to the Pantheon. Great gelato place 2 blocks down or so. Good luck. And don't freak out! It will be fine. Let us know.

Try hotel Teatro Pace 33 (near Piazza Navona) and La Rovere (in between the Vatican and Trastevere). Both are quite good and reasonably priced, and convenient to the sites. Better than Termini.

We've stayed at Hotel Barberini and will be returning there in September. I'm so sorry this has happened - hope you're able to work out the details soon to alleviate anxiety!

Hotel Aberdeen just fine as long as it is not too hot, which it could still be in early September-AC was loud and ineffective.
