Need "good value" hotel and/or B&B's in Beaune

Am searching for a 2-star hotel or B&B in Beaune for September stay. We're hoping for something around 60 euros per twin room. Is this possible? Recommendations, please!

We also stayed at Hotel Grillon and thought it was a very good value, etc. Enjoyed the breakfast in the lovely dining room as well.

I've got Grillon on my 'short list', as well as Hostellerie de Bretonniere, which is situated on the opposite side of Beaune. Looks like a short walk to Hotel Dieu, for example.

I looked at Hotel Bretonniere but they could not accommodate 2 couples with separate rooms.
I think we're going with Hotel Grillon.
Thanks for your help!

We stayed 2 yrs ago right outside town at the Hotel Du Parc for about 55 Euros for two people. You would need a car. Pretty park like setting and pleasant rooms. It was a Michelin Green Guide choice.
