Dijon Hotel
Have recently returned from a trip to France and would Recommend the Chapeau Rouge Hotel a Best Western property. It has a dining room that served us the finest meal we had in a four week European Tour. The chef apparently owns the hotel which probably explains the quality of the food and service. I cannot understand why this establishment has not earned at least one and probably two stars from the Guide Michelin

Returned three weeks ago from France and spent two nights at the same hotel. I second the recommendation. Our group agreed that the dinner we had there was one of the very best on our trip. The food and service were just wonderful. And our room was spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable.

Must agree with the other posts here that Hostellerie du Chapeau Rouge is one fine hotel. On our way driving back to Paris from the Cote d'Azur we stopped in Dijon overnight and stayed at this Dijon landmark on the rue Michelet. Our rooms were supurb and air conditioned, too. Great valet service. Unfortunately, due to other committments, we did not eat dinner there that evening, but the restaurant decor/ambiance looked very inviting. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through Dijon.<BR>Francie
