Meeting Point In Termini

Will be in Rome in a couple of weeks, my siter is flying in from the states to join us for a week. This is her first trip to Europe and I want it to be a good experience for her. I know from past experience that the Termini can be a little overwhelming..Any sugggestions for a meeting place inside the station?

Do you know which train she will be on? Perhaps you could meet her at her train's platform exit area.

Hi Mike, perhaps at the Information Office in the lobby in front of the main ticket office would be good. Best regards.

The train to and from FCO isn't very expensive. How about going out to the airport to meet her flight?

I will be arriving in Rome that morning as well. I am taking a train from Naples (Coming up from Sorrento) We will have cell phones but I am just a little worried about trains being on time and her feeling a little lost..

Hi Mike - I suppose the easiest suggestion might be ... McDonalds.

Alternatively pick one of the cafe/bars listed on the station website.

Perhaps Segafredo Expresso downstairs in Termini Wing?

Hope this helps ...

The Airport Train arrives & departs from Platforms 26 to 29.

If you didn't know those 4 platforms are completely seperate from the main station platforms, they are a couple of hundred meters away.
So far away from the hussle & bussle in the main station.

Why not met here there?
Regards, Walter

Will you be staying at the same hotel. Why not just meet there?

I wouldn't trust an Italian website to be current.
