This hotel does get mixed reviews, but some are very good; and isn't it right near the Gloucester Road tube station? That's convenient!
Also, if you don't like the first room they show you, ask to see another if they're not fully booked. I always room shop, even at hotels in the states.

Bearcat,
I found the Park International to be a good value and the location was very good. Not only did they honor their rates, they gave me an upgrade.
The breakfast was nothing special (though better than at a equivalent hotel in the US), but I don't normally eat breakfast anyway.
I am staying there on my next trip.
