London Heathrow airport

If your luggage is manageable, there's a free public bus zone that encompasses the hotels along Bath Rd., including the Renaissance.
Otherwise you can take the Hotel Hoppa Bus (paid shuttle), £4 (£4.50 on board) each way. No free hotel shuttles (except the T4 Hilton to/from T5.)

The Hotel Hoppa (the airport bus) Route 3 if you are landing at T3, Route 53 (I think) if using T4 or T5.
Costs £4 each way. What time are you landing and which terminal - they quit running around 11:30PM.
There is also a public bus which is free w/i the airport zone - you'd walk to the central bus station.

Is a taxi a good option? We will have 4 bags so thinking the hotel hoppa might be a problem. Also, flying out of Heathrow late the next day.
Also, have monies left on an Oyster Card, will this work for getting to the hotel? Thank you for your help.

" have monies left on an Oyster Card, will this work for getting to the hotel?"
Nope - the tube isn't applicable and the local bus is free in that zone.
"We will have 4 bags so thinking the hotel hoppa might be a problem."
the Hoppa is just like the sorts of shuttle buses you'd take at any US airport to the rental cars or hotels - so racks for the luggage. If you have too much luggage to take a shuttle . . . you probably have too much luggage.
"Is a taxi a good option?"
sure
" flying out of Heathrow late the next day. "
My question is - if you aren't flying out until late the next day is there a reason you are staying at the airport instead of in town?

The taxi drivers will give you grief for the short ride, but they're obliged to take the fare. Don't expect any bargains.
If you're leaving from the same terminal, you might consider leaving some luggage in the baggage storage services located in each terminal. They're secure and open 24/7.
The Hoppa is a disgraceful ripoff IMO, but four quid is cheaper than the twelve or fifteen a taxi or hire car will charge.
