Locanda Ca' le Vele - Venice - any feedback?
We have a canal view terrace room at the Locanda Ca' le Vele for next year. Does anyone have any feedback on this hotel? I've checked the recent postings and there isn't much there. Thanks!

We've been there this October. We had a fairly large canal view room, no terrace though. Nice little hotel (6 rooms), very clean, friendly staff (2 young men), perfect location 5 min. walk to Rialto Bridge, very quiet at night.
Breakfast is served in the room and is quite basic: 1 croissant, 1 pce of toast, jam, choco-spread, coffee or tea.
We found the price to be on the high side (we paid € 165 per night).

Considering this place for an upcoming trip in May, and am wondering if anyone else can provide feedback.

They have offered me the very attractive rate of 80E/night for a double room, single use, which has a view onto the courtyard, rather than the canal.
