La Calcina

How far in advance should I make my reservations at La Calcina. I know that some places can be fully booked over a year in advance.

As soon as you know your dates.

It's a popular place and can be booked a year in advance. Several years ago, I tried to book in September for the following July, and the dates were completely booked up.

Again, ASAP.

The last time we went, I booked in October for the following June but couldn't get my first choice of room for the whole week.

This year I booked in August for next June.

We just booked last month for July 2007.

As far in advance as possible. It is a (deservedly) extremely popular hotel and seems harder and harder to find availability there. (I've stayed there twice but awhile ago.)
