Yes, please continue! I'd love to hear about your stay in Madrid. I've never been, but am thinking of it.
We were in Sevilla this past June for one week and also rented an apt. near Plaza Alfalfa. We loved it there too! I've only just started to learn Spanish, but we got along fine and everyone was friendly and kind to us. It's a great town for just strolling, eating, and relaxing.
