The Millennium Dome certainly does still exist! They spent so much money on it but nobody wants to lease it now!

MI-6 headquarters is next to Vauxhall Cross underground station. You can get a good view by walking across the bridge over the Thames. You can also walk on the sidewalk in front of the building. For a spy agency building to be out in the open is funny.

There's a building next to the Canadian High Commission (embassy) that was Q's lab in "The Living Daylights". Rent the film and you can see it and take notes.

There are websites with more locations.

Hi Goldfinger,
The London Science Museum has a James Bond exhibit on display until the end of April 2003. Entrance to the museum is free but there is a separate charge for this exhibit. You can find more info on their website www.sciencemuseum.org.uk
The museum itself is great, one of my favorites and not at all geeky.

Today's USA Today happens to have an article about this! Check out what they have to say about London:

http://www.usatoday.com/travel/vacations/destinations/2002/2002-11-22-james-bond-locations.htmLondon

In case the link expires, it says about London:
Though many 007 scenes have been filmed in Britain's capital, probably the most memorable is the opening shot of 1999's The World is Not Enough at the real M16 headquarters at Vauxhall Bridge on the Thames River. After it is attacked, Brosnan engages in a high-speed boat chase down the Thames from Westminster to Greenwich. He ends up on top of Greenwich's Millennium Dome. The entire sequence took two months to film. You can re-create the journey, albeit at much slower speed, on a 50-minute sightseeing cruise down the Thames from Westminster to Greenwich Pier. (www.citycruises.com)

While in London, catch the Bond, James Bond exhibit at the Science Museum through April 27. Explore the science and art of the Bond films through original 007 objects, images, concept drawings, storyboards and costume designs. (011-44-870-870-4868; www.sciencemuseum.org.uk)
