Ira's Favorite Hotel in Roma?

Hello Ira,
Since our favorite hotel in Rome does not have any vacancies for our dates, I am open to try something new. What is your favorite hotel in Rome? Is it Del Senato? I cannot find their phone number anywhere on the net.
Thanks,

One last question. I cannot access the Italian train site. Do you think that there will be any late trains from Rome to SMN Florence after 8:30 PM?

Calamari - A text search here for "del senato AND rome" would likely have found you the contact info. The same search on Google found the hotel's website (which contains phone, fax, e-mail, and on-line reservations capabilities):

www.albergodelsenato.it

ira, I'm a little surprised you haven't overnighted in Rome. Is there a specific reason you are avoiding it?

Hey Will,

>I'm a little surprised you haven't overnighted in Rome. Is there a specific reason you are avoiding it?<

I blush to admit it, but for some reason buried deep within my psyche, I just haven't gotten around to it.

My wife has ponted out to me that, although we had been to Venice 7 times, if people asked if I had been to Italy I would say "no".

Should I seek professional help?

I guess Rome has been there more than 2000 years already, so you can wait a little longer to go if you must.
