New York City was my first guess (admit that I'm biased). Paris was next.

I am with bill_boy on this. NYC is the greatest city in the world, hand down, no questions asked.... and yes, Paris is just behind .... but it is the Europe board....so Paris wins in my view ...London is nice, but there is no adventure.....yell at me now....
