Recommendations for 3 or 4 star hotels in Lyon please. Also sightseeing advice.

HI Pamela, the Cour des LOges is very nice, also, the Royal , the superior rooms here are indeed very nice, also the Hotel Royal, 4*, participates of Bon Week at Lyon program.<BR>This program organized by the Mairie de Lyon includes many hotels, the deal is two nights for the price of one during week-ends. Great deal. Have fun, as Jon says a beautiful destination.

Take walking shoes and an umbrella. <BR><BR>Go to the tourist office and get a map, sign up for a tour of the traboules in Vieux Lyon. <BR><BR>Lyon has some lovely museums, and if you're a history buff the Center for the Resistance and the Deportation is quite moving.<BR><BR>Enjoy the city, it is wonderful.

Hotel residenza is a wonderful hotel that was around $50 for a single. Lyon is a beautiful city, enjoy.
