Charming hotel in LYON

Looking for a smallish "hotel de charme" in downtown Lyon. Any suggestions? Has anyone heard of the Phénix?

I'm surprised at not receiving any suggestions for Lyon hotels.... please help me out guys and gals!

Don't know about "downtown" but if you want to stay in Vieux Lyon, we really liked the Hotel Cour des Loges. Lyon is great; you will love it!

I tried several of these suggestions.... no luck. I
We asre considering Grand Hotel des Terreaux. Does anyone know it?
