Hilton Hotels in London
We will be in London in early September and plan to use our Hilton Honors points for our hotel. Which of the following 2 hotels would be a better location and have better access for getting around? Conrad Hotel in London at Chelsea Harbor near New Kings Road or the London Kensington Hotel located near Holland Park and High Street?

Are these the only two your points are good for -- or are they just the two that interest you?
Because neither one is the best located for sightseeing etc. Of the two, the Kensington is by far the more convenient. Chelsea Harbor is a wonderful hotel - but it is not walking distance to ANYTHING, including any tube stations. You would have to take cabs everywhere.
So if these are tho only ones you can use - choose Kens. If you have other choices look at Hilton Mews or the London Hilton. Both of these are very nice places in great locations.

Hi: we are using our HHonors points the end of September and we are staying at the Trafalgor Hilton. It's a 5 star, and is at Trafalgor square. I picked it because its' close to the theaters and there is a lot right there in the square. it is also close to the subway.

Hi:
I actually used my Hilton Honors points for the Hilton London Docklands. Last October we had a 4 day layover in London when returning from Kenya and had enough points for all the 3 nights there (or at Wembly) but only 1 night at the other Hiltons.
The Docklands is very nice, in a quiet residential area right on the river directly across from Canary Warf. The rooms were fairly large (especially by European standards) and the hotel staff was excellant, it had good facilities as well as a free shuttle every 15 minutes to/from the Canada Water tube station (on the new Jubilee line, 2 stops to London Bridge, 4 to Waterloo & 5 to Westminster & maybe 20 minutes max from the hotel to Westminster).
So if your going to be tight on points or want to save a few for a future trip then the Hilton Docklands would be worth considering.
Hope this helps,
Z

If you are using HHonors points, the "best" Hiltons in London are the London Hilton and Langham Hilton. Both have great locations off Oxford Street clsoe to tube stations and shopping. Both have spa/fitness centers and swimming pools. The London Hilton is supposed to be the Hilton's flaghip hotel in Europe.
Trafalgar Hilton is supposed to be nice, sort of a boutique-y type of hotel. But I'm told its more geared towards "hipsters" with a smoky bar area in the lobby and the Trafalgar square area can be kind of busy and congested with tourist traffic.
