Cimbrone - I was puzzled by that also. I think that perhaps the room where the bar is would be the brasserie? We dined in what I thought was the restaurant, it had a more formal look to it in the table settings and furniture.

Tour d'Argent does a prix fixe lunch for about 80 euros.

I think the Grand Vefour would be perfect (and I certainly would not call it a noisy brasserie!), but I don't think it is open on Saturdays.
