Have you stayed in this Paris/Ile St. Louis apartment?

I am very interested in renting this apartment in Paris on Ile St. Louis that I found through VRBO...#103818. Am wondering if anyone has had experience there or with the owner. It looks great for our needs (family of four for next June). http://www.vrbo.com/103818 Thanks!

sandi travel - thanks for the slowtrav website. My friend and I were talking about spending a month in Paris and this will enable us to live like two French girls!

thecocoapod - if you'd rather rent through an agency, I highly recommend Rentparis.com. I'm in one of their apartments right now and it's been a fantastic experience. No hidden fees; they offer international calls and WiFi, and their representative met me at my apartment with wine and flowers. Plus they're apartments are really affordable (especially if you're renting for a month) and in nice areas. I'm in the 4th and it's been so easy to get to everything.

I just wish I could stay here longer!

Sandi, thanks about the slowtrav site...I had forgotten about that. I did check and there was a review (good one!). I'm also asking the owner about sending me any referrals.
