Has anyone had trouble using Netscape?

I can never post or reply when I use Netscape. Is it just me?

No, I can't get Netscape to work with Fodor's either, most of the time. Internet Explorer works just fine.

I agree, but it's the only way I can use Fodor's. I use Netscape for everything else.

I've beem using the Mozilla open source browser for about two years now and have had no problems using it on this website. While it is based on the old Netscape source code,it has been much improved on over the last two years.
The latest version is called Firefox 0.8 and you can get it here.

What version of Netscape are you using? I use 7.1 and have very few problems.

Sometimes I have already proof-read my reply and don't need the "Preview My Reply" feature. Then I hit the "Post My Reply". When nothing happens, I click my Refresh icon. This usually does it.

Lke richardab, I have IE, but I really prefer not to use it.

I find 7.1 much, much superior to 4.7/8.

Very odd, I am posting this with Firefox and if you are reading it then it worked.

I have discovered the refresh idea but that doesn't always work.

In my opinion Explorer is a slow outdated browser compared to whats out there, Mozilla and Netscape are much faster.

Actually I am on a hateful PC at work andf think it sucks. At home I am perfectly happy with my MAC, Camino Browser (for Mac by Mozilla) and comcast high speed connection.
