M Kingdom, I think this hotel has been opened a very short time following it's refurbishing. I doubt that you will get anymore feedback than you have already gotten. That said, before it's remodel it was the best in Athens. So now it can't be anything but top knotch. Just go for it and quit the nonsense.
I'm booked to stay there 2 nights at the end of this month and I'm not bying it, just "renting" it for a couple of nights, sight unseen. Its a Sheraton Lux property and if you don't like it, take em up on the ad you see if USA Today everyday-satisfaction guaranteed!
