French translation help please!

I finally received my reservations for the Galeries Lafayette fashion show. This message was also in the email, will someone translate for me please?

Halte au gaspillage! N'imprimons pas systématiquement.

Thanks,
Clea

Hello, if the translation site I used is correct, it says:

Halt with the wasting! Let us not print systematically

Here is the site: http://babelfish.altavista.com/tr

good luck!

What it means is that they want you to consider the environment before you decide to print out the contents of the email.

Thanks Aramis, I can appreciate conservation efforts. Although, the email says to print this email and present when picking up reserved tickets. that's sort of funny.

It is kind of funny for that reason, but it may just be a line they put on all their email, even ads or something. It's just saying to think before you automatically print something (it is: halt waste... don't print systematically). I think it's a good idea, even though it may not do much good. I know I get sick at the amount of office paper that gets wasted in my office, and people printing or Xeroxing so many copies of things they don't really need or don't use.

Apparently there are still people who have secretaries, and get them to print out their emails so they can read them on paper.
