Can anyone suggest the best websites or other resources for finding cheap flights between cities within spain? We will be flying into madrid spending 3 nights, then heading to southern spain with intentions of hitting Sevilla, Granada and perhaps 1-2 other towns then flying to Barcelona.

Is there a better place to fly from? How do I find flights, are there better european sites (i.e. as opposed to the typical Orbitz, expedia, etc.) to use? Any help or advice greatly appreciated!

I'd use Expedia. They seem to be very reasonable for one way flights. I live in London (i.e. Europe) and always use Expedia for such scenarios.

Air Nostrum, which is linked to IBERIA, flies between France and Spain, as well as between several Spanish cities. If you are flying transatlantically on American or Continental or Delta, you can sometimes tack on your inter-European flights for a much reduced rate with their air pass programs. It's worth looking into since it will save you hundreds of dollars if it works.
