What is your favorite beach in Corfu?

Not sure the name of it but I hung out on the beach in the town of Benitses and it was great. The water's bottom was stoney though as I recall. Lots of good people watching since you're right in town.

Sidari beach is the best in corfu.

Not quite Corfu, but just about any beach on Paxos, which is only an hour's hydrofoil ride from Corfu Port.

I just returned from Corfu and found Benitses to be an awful beach. Nice water, but a small stone beach. The nicest by far was Ai Gordis. Glifada was rumored to be nicer. Beautiful, long stretches of sand that are a bit hard to find on Corfu. Depending on your age & interests Benitses is to Corfu what Cancun is to Mexico (crazy!).<BR>

Definitely Paleokastritsa on the west-coast. <BR>Glifada and Ag. Gordis are also ok. The beaches on the west-coast are all in all a whole lot better than the ones on the east-side. However, it`s more fun on the east-side. Dassia and Gouvia, Bentitses and Corfu town all have good night-life.
