The one Chas posted--I'll guess Lithuanian, but I'm not sure.

The very last one that Mike posted is definitely Basque.

Kremayý, fýndýk ununu, karabiberi ve tuzu kaynayan karýþýma iyice yedirerek katýn. En son, maydanoz ve fesleðeni ekleyin. Ocaktan indirdiðiniz karýþýmý, tamamen homojen hale gelmesi

için, mikserden geçirin. Gerekiyorsa az miktarda su ilave ederek, az harlý ateþ üzerinde,

kremalý çorba kývamýna gelinceye kadar (1-2 dakika) karýþtýrýn. Çorbayý servis kabýna koyduktan sonra, üzerini kýyýlmýþ maydanoz ve fesleðen ile süsleyip sýcak olarak servisinizi yapýn.
