Welcome to Fodors. Please clarify -- " . . . incorporate nice Italy and Morocco " Do you mean Nice (France) and Italy, or 'a nice part of Italy'?
But in any case (eliminating Nice) you have listed places in Four countries on two continents. Now -- IF you meant exactly 1) Prague, 2) Zermatt, 3) one city in Italy, and 4) one city in Morocco - that is still a lot in just 2 weeks. For instance travel from Prague to Zermatt by the very fastest route (flying to Geneva and train from there) takes 9+ hours door to door. So an entire day shot. If you took just trains - you're talking 16+ hours just in transit.
So you need to put some more 'meat' on the bones of your questions so we can help a bit more. Where in Italy? Is it Nice or just 'nice'?
Where in Morocco?
Some things to consider:
• Morocco by itself is 'worth' 7 to 14 days.
• One city in Italy might be OK with just 2 or 3 nights, but if you want to see say Rome, and/or Venice and/or Florence and/or someplace else - you'd be using up most of your two weeks right there.
• If you mean 14 days total for the entire trip Home to Home that's about 11.5 days on the ground after flights/formalities. Then each travel day between destinations eats up part of a day so with just 4 city destinations you'd have a net of about 2 to 2.5 days free in each.

OOH -- you may be on to something there. I hadn't thought that Morocco could maybe mean Monaco. That makes a lot more sense combined with Nice and Italy

My suggestion is to go to commercial tour websites like cosmos, globus, rick steves, trafalgar, and see what their 14 day europe tours cover. You can learn a lot even if you decide not to buy a tour package. I know of none that include prague or morocco.
bear in mind that independent travelers usually cannot keep pace with a commercial tour.

Not much time for places requiring so much travel time between. Does 14 days include travel time to/from Europe? When are you planning to go? Where is your departure airport?
What interests you about the places you chose?
Have you been to Europe before?
