J -

If you do a text search here for "Moulin Rouge," you'll find lots of feedback, which essentially says that most people do not think the show that worthwhile. It would not be my thing, but to each his/her own.

If you decide you want to check it out anyway, the concensus seems to be that it is better NOT to go to a dinner show, as the food is mediocre and the tickets more expensive. I'm not aware of any discounted tickets, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. There is a box office at the theater, or probably a website which you could find via a Google search.
