Where would you look for tickets to a sold-out show in Vegas?

--looking for tickets to a one-night concert appearance by somebody I really want to see. We will not mind paying a higher than face price. Nothing on e-bay.

Do on on-line search - name plus tickets - you'll probably find a scalper with tickets - just plan on paying at least 4/5 times face value.

Spend a lot of money gambling and become a very high roller. Either that or if you are going with high rollers, have them ask the concierge.

Elizabeth, I think I can help you. Try travelnice.com. You do pay more but they are known for having tickets to sold out shows. Who do you want to see?

Try your Concierge at your hotel, I went to Vegas 4 times and tried many avenues without success to see O unless I wanted to pay double. Someone suggested that I try Concierge and bingo. Good seats, face value and gave him $20. I stayed at Aladdin.

Which show?

I just got an email from the Bellagio about a new Cirque de Soleil at the MGM Grand..name of the show is KA.
Pyrotechnics, puppetry and martial arts.
Sounds interesting ~

Thanks for several good ideas. I actually have now gotten the tickets I was looking for.

What I am going to see is Jerry Lee Lewis at House of Blues on October 30. I could only find standing room tickets at Ticketmaster, and none anywhere else.

With patience (lots) I got through to someone at House of Blues who told me we could buy tickets for seats (don't want to stand, tho I guess you get closer to Jerry Lee that way) in a package with a $40 dinner.

Totally fine with me - tickets were regular price, we'd want to eat anyhow, and House of Blues has a kind of food I like.

The only reason I am going to Las Vegas is to see him, though I'm getting into it now - I've never been there before.

Now the sermon part of our message - Jerry Lee is the last one left of the great Sun stars; I am sorry I never saw any of the rest of them, especially Elvis; Jerry Lee's health has not been good, he looks frail in photos and older than his 68 years.
So - I hope he will live forever, but I'm in a hurry to see him.

Elizabeth, fair warning, if he hasn't stopped drinking, you have a 50/50 chance of a coherent show.

I saw him a couple of years ago at The House of Blues in Myrtle Beach and he was wasted. One of the most dreadful concerts I've ever seen.
