Could someone check this Paris Apt. Link for me and see what you think

I have let this go far too late and need need an apt. in St Germaine area for October.
All the places I know of or heard of are booked.
Does anyone know anything about this place or the company.
Please advise what you think?
For two adults , mid thirties.

It's small, although not too bad for a studio. You could fold up the double bunks to create more space. The location is fabulous if you are after St Germaine. Can't help with the actual company though, as I've never used them. Hopefully you will get some other feedback shortly.

Don't now the company but the place looks fine. Not small at all for a studio or even many 1 BR in Paris, and the layout is pretty creative. No elevator but it is only two flights up (pretty much max I am willing to do) and location sounds good for you. There is only one review on slowtrav http://tinyurl.com/ojz77o on this company and it is positive. I'd not hesitate.

I think it looks good and it's a large size for a studio. It's listed on homeaway.com and gives the owner's phone number in London. And, as already said--it's in a fabulous location.

Sorry, I have no experience with the agency. There are good comments so maybe the owner could give you contact information for people who have stayed there before.

I think it looks really nice. It is not that small for a studio and it even has a washer and a dishwasher. For that price I would not hesitate.

We've been to Paris 3 times and have always stayed around this location, actually, specifically look for something around this area because it's a great home base. As with what all the others have said, that is a good size and looks clean and updated. I am actually filing this apartment for future reference : )
