There is a night train that leaves at 18:51 and arrives at 9:03 (9:12 for trains leaving Friday and Saturday).

Try www.rail.ch for schedules and other information. To reserve sleepers or couchettes, try www.euraide.de.

According to information I found on a website, there are two night trains, one departs at 9:30 pm and arrives at 6 am. The other departs at 10:30 pm and arrives at 7 am. In either train, you have to change trains in Cologne about and hour into the journey.

This info is from the Swiss Railways website (SBB.ch) which gives info for all trains in Europe, even if the do not originate or arrive in Switzerland. While it is generally accurate, you probably should double-check. The trains I found were as follows:

Train ICE 854 departs 21:25 arrive Cologne 22:14
depart Colonge 22:27 arrive Munich 6:00
Duration of journey: 8:35 runs always

Train ICE 552 departs 22:25 arrive Cologne 23:14
depart Colonge 23:29 arrive Munich 7:18

Duration of journey: 8:53 runs Mo - Fr, also 15. Mar until 6. Apr, 25. Oct until 13. Dec

It appears that sleeping cars/couchettes are available on both. The later train requires a reservation.

I don't think the train at 18:51 is non stop; the scheduler lists 11 stops, not counting Munich. (Did you by chance mean no changes enroute???)

Also the scheduler says it does not run on Fridays, and Saturdays. From Copenhagen to Würzburg you need a reservation. The trip takes a little over 14 hours.

The shortest travel time is 11:08 according to the DB schedule. That trip involves one change in Hamburg with a 45 minute layover. For that one you leave Copenhagen at 7:52, arriving Munich at 19:00.
I guess it depends on how and where you want to spend your time. Is the extra 3 hours on the train worth it? Only you know what you need.
