I don't, but it would likely be quicker to just take the train. Rothenburg is an enclosed, walled city. You really don't need a guide. In fact, half the fun is just meandering around. I would plan an overnight (@ least) there as well. The Night Watchmans tour is very good & they also have an interesting puppet show right near the park (most evenings). In addition, after 5, the tourist hordes leave & then you can really enjoy the place. There are many reports on here, including places to stay & restaurant recs.

The fastest train routes, with two or three connections, take four hours. The standard 2nd class fare is €89, but Dauer-Spezial fares start at €29. Book well in advance at www.bahn.de. Click on "Internat. Guests" for English. Enter "Koeln" and "Rothenburg ob der Tauber".
