CHEAP sleep in Amsterdam...

In mid April and friend and I are going to take a plane from Norwich to Amsterdam...probably for only 1 or 2 nights...I want a place to shower and sleep...clean, no need for en suite plumbing (it would be nice...) some place central and clean...certainly not fancy...any one have names for me?

There are lots of hostels & they each have different focus... some are religious run with cerfews, some are known for partying/drugs, for example.

The CHEAPEST place to sleep in Amsterdam is Schiphol airport... for free! Check out this website -
