Restaurants for business dinners

Does anyone have suggestions for restaurants suitable to conduct business dinners and are within a short distance of the Hotel Okura Amsterdam? Around 25+ Euro per person, good wine list, service and food....preferably NOT Indonesian food. Picky Americans who may want steaks, pasta and seafood. Also, what "area" is the Hotel Okura located in?

Please repost with Amsterdam in your subject heading. Or do a search for dining in amsterdam for some ideas. The first place that comes to mind is Five flies- can't remember how it's spelled in Dutch.

The Okura isn't near much--it's a bit outside the main heart of Amsterdam. For steaks, try any of the following Rancho steakhouses:
Spui 3, 1012 WX Amsterdam

Korte Leidsedwarsstraat 36, 1017 RC Amsterdam
Kleine Gartmanplantsoen 11, 1017 RP Amsterdam

Reguliersbreestraat 37, 1017 CM Amsterdam

Korte Leidsedwarsstraat 71-73, 1017 PW Amsterdam

Rancho VII Korte Leidsedwarsstraat 101-103, 1017 PX Amsterdam

Good luck!

Hi J,

> Picky Americans who may want steaks, pasta and seafood.<

Have you checked with their AdminAsst to find out there preferences?

You might be surprised.

Also go here for a quick review of "The Five Flies". You could shame them into liking it.
