Car rental to/from Paris

I'm needing to rent a car from Paris for travel into the Burgundy region, where I will stay with friends, then return 8 days later. I've heard renting from a company in the US is the way to go. Any thoughts?

Call AutoEruope (1-800-223-5555/www.autoeurope.com) for the best deal possible. Been renting with them for more than a dozen years and have found them to be reliable and low-cost.

AutoEurope is an excellent company. I think the "point" is to be sure to rent your car from the US before leaving. If you wait to rent in France it will cost a LOT more.

You might also check out rates from www.sixt.com and easycar.com. If you want a cheap rental easycar.com is around 9-15 euros a day however they don't rent automatic cars. Sixt is a German Car Rental company

And easycar, com ca "get ya" with their "pay by the kilometer rates". Plus not scattered all over, if you have a problem.

Two others worth checking are www.its-cars-hotels.com and www.kemwel.com

Best wishes,

Rex
[email protected]
